Let's Build Our Country (LBOC) NPC is an innovative Non-Profit Company aimed at addressing the issue of inequality in South Africa
We aim to addressing the issue of inequality in South Africa by creating 1,000 educational and career opportunities for South African youth every year through bursary funds and access to learnerships for disadvantaged youth.
LBOC attracts Skills Development and CSI Funding which it mobilises through various programs with worthy recipients, in line with the LBOC’s commitment to the support and growth of SMEs and youth through tertiary education in South Africa.

By addressing the barriers to education, providing holistic support, promoting entrepreneurship, and fostering skills development, we are building a brighter future for our country and its youth.
Our Vision
LBOC's cathartic vision is to become one of the leading tertiary funding NPOs for highly performing school leavers from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.
We aspire to create employment opportunities and be a driving force in promoting entrepreneurship, mentorship, and support through our Business Growth Program for Female Entrepreneurship, Youth Entrepreneurship Programmes, Learnerships, and Agricultural Programmes.
Our ultimate goal is to empower the youth, contribute to economic growth, and foster a prosperous and inclusive society.
